Shipping Policy

After payment has been taken in full, UK deliveries will be made via the most appropriate service provider for the parcel, we use Royal Mail, UK Mail, DHL and DPD. We promise to deliver between 3 - 5 working days, although we aim to deliver sooner where possible.

Return & Exchange Policy

Uncommon Coffee also operates one standard returns policy. Our absolute priority is for our customers to receive their quality coffee, however, due to the nature of our products being a consumable good with a shelf-life, Uncommon Coffee can only accept returns and process refunds on purchases which have been either damaged in some way or it is not in accordance with the roasters product listing. You are entitled to a grace period of 14 days after dispatch within which you are eligible to return your item(s) for a full refund should your purchase(s) fall into any one of the categories stated. All products need to be returned at your own cost and Uncommon Coffee cannot offer any return-postage fee at this time.
